River’s Gift supports the ability to refund charges made to your account, either in whole or in part. If the original charge underwent currency conversion, the refunded amount is converted back using the same process. There are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge are not returned.
We submit your refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately. You will only see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.
Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).

We are happy to accept returns if your request follows our criteria below:
- Item is returned within 21 days of purchase.
- Item is not been used, marked or damaged, and includes all original packaging.
- Complete the returns form on this page.

All Refunds will be processed once items are sighted by our Customer Service team. If the items doesn’t meet our returns policy, the item will be rejected and returned to you.

We have a No Refund Policy on all donations. We are a not-for-profit organisation that allocates incoming funds almost immediately to support our mission of Stamping Out SIDS. If you have an objection to this policy we can alway facilitate, but it may incur a refund administration fee of up to $20.00 to cover the reverse fees and any currency conversion fees that may have been incurred during bank transfers.
